Photography plays a key role in storytelling, especially in today’s visual-driven world. Since enrolling in the 4-H photography project at age nine, capturing moments through my lens has grown from a hobby into a skill I incorporate into my work as an agricultural communicator. While I enjoy photographing many aspects of agriculture, my favorite subjects are the unique personalities of cattle. In fact, my photography sparked the creation of The Junky Cow, where I began turning my images into custom wooden signs.
